The adjustable leg pads accommodate users of different heights. The dense foam padding adds to the support and comfort. Contoured knee pads to fit onto the thigh. Handles just above the knee pads for self spotting. Rubber feet hold the rack in a firm position on the floor and protect both the flooring and the rack from damage.
